Practical and emotional support for families experiencing poverty
(family routes service)
Porchlight’s family routes service supports families with children aged 10+ who are facing poverty at a tier 2 level. We help them address the practical effects of poverty, such as financial worries, housing issues and difficulties finding employment. We also give them the tools to manage the emotional effects of poverty such as poor mental health and relationship breakdowns.
Referrals are made through the Early Help team.
